高性能示波器DSAX92004A描述

在部署新兴的高速串行总线技术、识别宽带宽射频信号的频谱分量或分析瞬时物理现象时，您需要得到被测信号的*真实特征。Agilent Infiniium 90000 X 系列示波器具有 32 GHz 真正模拟带宽。通过投资研发专有的集成电路制程，安捷伦在其测量仪器上实现了业界*高的硬件模拟带宽，同时实现了业界*低的本底噪声和固有抖动，并且使 90000 X 系列能够提供高达 32 GHz 的真正模拟硬件带宽。由于 16 GHz 硬件技术的瓶颈，其他厂商只能采用数字信号处理增强技术或频域交织技术来提高其示波器的测试带宽。但是，这些方**增大噪声密度和失真，并且会对测量精度产生不利影响。90000 X 系列具有业界*低的噪声和固有抖动，能够确保**的测量精度。
