1131A有源探头(与E2669A差分连接套件或E2668A单端连接套件一起使用)是为了与Infiniium 2.5 GHz 54853A示波器一起使用而设计的。这种组合为探针提供2.5 GHz的全系统带宽。InfiniiMax*大限度地提高了干涉测量(如浏览)或不干涉测量的性能，如焊接、凹口连接或SMA连接。
